Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of emergency supplying people with food as part of emergency survival of population, with it being targeted at people with food allregies. The aim of this thesis is to propose the content of a food package for individuals with food allergies for use in emergency population survival. The thesis includes an analysis of available sources related to this issue and research on the current system. Another part of the thesis analyzes the functionality of the current food supply system and emergency feeding, along with an analysis of food sets already available on the market. The last and crucial part of this work contains proposals of food packages appropriate for persons with food allergies.
