Abstract

Dust is one of the most common risk factors, when work aktivity is concerned, but it is also one of the most widespread pollutants of all times.Dust is a daily component of my working environment. I work in manufacturing- quarrying to be exact, and the impact of the dust on both the environment and the human body, can be felt throughout my own skin.I have focused on the dust- from the basic properties to the place where dust can be found on the various technological means. I have worked with the company TECHKOM and SWIETELSKY, with whom I have discussed possible ways to control the spread of dust. I learned how to measure dustiness in a given working environment and lastly as I ve already mentioned the impact dust poses on the environment itself, as well as the human body.
