Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a strategic analysis of the company Svatební studio L´amour. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.The theoretical section describes several tools and techniques during making the strategic analysis of the external and internal environment of the company.The practical part contains the application of strategic analysis methods and there are also designed appropriate strategic recommendations for increasing the company's market competitiveness.
