Meranie výkonnosti podniku s využitím metódy Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The Diploma work is aimed at performance analysis of COOP Jednota Slovakia, s. d., the biggest seller of food-stuff in Slovakia. The main point of this work is the measurement of business performance and on the basis of results achieved, assess the current state and future development proposal. To achieve a predetermined objective performance measurement and analysis I have used the Balanced Scorecard method, in which four different perspectives comprehensively discusses the business field. Each perspective includes its own methodology, by which each area analyzed. I got important information and data from the company by interview with company management and internal materials provided. With this work I want assess the current status of economic society and to propose further steps to contribute to its strategic development.
