Abstract
This thesis documents the project stage of a shopping center for the execution of the construction.
The Shopping centre is a three floor building with one undergroung floor and two above-ground floors. The building´s structure is a prefabricated reinforced concreet skeleton.
The content of the diploma thesis is the technical report of the building, the drawing documentation, the therma technical assessment of the perimeter structures of the building, the building envelope energy label and the static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
