Plánování experimentu a posouzení vlivu technologických parametrů na vznik trhlin při tažení drátu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis concerns application plan methods experiments, using complete factorial plans. Solution is suggesting full factorial experiment with three factors. Two of the factors are three-level and one of them are two-level. For experiment fulfillment it must be done 18 wire drawing tests with 5,5 mm and 4,4 mm wires (6 dragging by 3 strokes, 6 dragging by 2 strokes, 6 dragging by 1 stroke. In total there are 36 2D calculations with usage of finite element method). Calculation is carried out in FormFEM program and final solution is processed in MS Excel
