Návrh a implementace webové prezentace s chatbotem

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat chatbota využitelného jako alternativní zdroj informací o studiu na Ekonomické fakultě VŠB-TUO a tohoto chatbota prezentovat na jednoduchém webu. V první části práce jsou uvedena základní teoretická a metodická východiska této práce. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza současných možností implementace chatbota komunikujícího v českém jazyce. Třetí část je pak zaměřena na samotný návrh a implementaci webu s chatbotem, přičemž stěžejní část je věnována podrobnému popisu procesu návrhu a implementace chatbota.

The aim of this thesis was to design and implement a chatbot, that could be used as an alternative source of information about study opportunities at the Faculty of Economics of the VŠB-TUO and demonstrate this chatbot on a simple website. In the first part, there are described basic theorethical and methodical concepts of the thesis. In the second part, there are analyzed current possibilities of implementation of chatbot communicationg in Czech language. The third part is then focused on the actual design and implementation of the website with chatbot, while the main part is dedicated to a detailed description of the design and implementation of the chatbot.
