Tvorba akciového portfolia

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit akciové portfolio z tržně podhodnocených akciových titulů, které bude dosahovat v následujících pěti letech vyššího růstu než index Standard and Poor’s 500, který je měřítkem vývoje celého amerického akciového trhu. Akcie byly vybrány pomocí stanovených kritérií a následně byly analyzovány. Vytvořené portfolio bylo porovnáno s vývojem ceny indexu Standard and Poor’s 500.

The main goal of this thesis is to create a stock portfolio consisting of undervalued stocks, that will achieve higher growth than the Standard and Poor’s 500 index in the next five years, while the index is the measure of the whole US stock market. Stocks were chosen using specified criteria and then analyzed. Resulting portfolio was compared to the price development of the Standard and poor’s 500 index.
