Abstract
The present thesis in theoretical part deals with the basic characteristic of nickel superalloys, including super-alloys and alloys that are used in a single crystal state. The work is focused on the possible preparation technology based alloys Ni-Al-Mo, and technologies that allow us to get a directional structure grains. The practical part is focused on the preparation of samples for chemical composition of the alloy near IC6SX in directed state by zone melting method. The prepared alloy may exhibit a character naturally solidified in-situ composites, which is a matrix formed by phase γ/γ', reinforced molybdenum fibers, if we use the seed. In this work we were prepared by the zone melting to samples with different speed solidification and with different content of molybdenum. There is therefore the influence of these two parameters on the resulting structure of the alloy, which is further evaluated by EDS analysis.
