Možnosti úpravy technologické dopravy ve výrobních linkách lomových provozů

Abstract

Disertační práce na téma „Možnosti úpravy technologické dopravy ve výrobních linkách lomových provozů“ se zabývá technologickými systémy dopravních tras na linkách pro výrobu a zpracování kameniva. Popisuje a nalézá řešení problematiky funkčnosti technologického zařízení vzhledem k transportu zpracovávané nerostné suroviny uvnitř systému technologické pásové dopravy a systému odsávání jemných částic uvolňovaných při výrobě kameniva. Výsledkem je implementace nových materiálů a systémů do těchto technologických linek, zefektivnění systému údržby jednotlivých uzlů technologie, získávání finančních úspor při provádění oprav technologického celku a zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu.

The dissertation on the topic "Possibilities of Technological Transport Modification in Production Lines of Quarries" deals with technological systems of transport routes on lines for production and processing of aggregates. It describes and finds a solution to the problem of the functionality of the technological equipment with respect to the transport of the processed mineral raw material inside the technological systém of conveyors and the system of extraction of fine particles released during the production of aggregates. The result is the implementation of new materials and systems in these technological lines, streamlining the maintenance system of individual nodes of the technology, obtaining financial savings in the implementation of repairs of the technological unit and increasing the efficiency of the production process.
