Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

This thesis deals with evaluating the effectiveness of investment company Klimaprodukt a.s. The first section provides theoretical evaluation of investment effectiveness and specifically: finding the expected capital expenditures, estimates of expected cash receipts, the calculation of net present value, return on investment, the repayment period, internal rate of return method, based on free cash flow and calculate the economic value added. The practical part of all those resources are applied to the specific investment, which is factory-saw. In conclusion, this work is included in the final evaluation of the investment.
