Zpracování podnikatelského plánu za účelem založení fitness centra

Abstract

Účelem této práce bylo sestavit podnikatelský plán k založení fitness centra a zjistit, zda bude tento plán realizovatelný a rentabilní. V první části práce jsme si sepsali teorii, abychom věděli, jak takový plán vytvořit, a proč ho vytvořit. V druhé části jsme tvořili samotný podnikatelský plán, kdy jsme došli k závěru, že je tento nápad realizovatelný a výnosový.

The purpose of this work was to draw up a business plan to establish a fitness center and to find out whether this plan will be feasible and profitable. In the first part of the work we wrote down a theory in order to know how to create such a plan and why to create it. In the second part we created the business plan itself when we came to the conclusion that this idea is feasible and profitable.
