Abstract

Thesis entitled "Analysis of employee recruitment and selection process" is intended to describe and analyze the current process of recruitment and selection of staff at Darkov Spa , Inc. and following the established facts propose measures to improve recruitment and hiring of staff for specific job receptionist. The introduction of the thesis explains theoretical concepts concerning the processes taking place within the HR planning and recruitment in general. Specifically, describes the process of job analysis, job search resources, methods and techniques of the selection process, competency model and finally the theoretical part will outline the process of acceptance the workers and their orientation. The work was performed quantitative (survey) and qualitative (interviews) research and analysis of collected data processed in the area of recruitment issues in the selected company. Research was conducted in the months of January and February of 2012 with the active involvement of ordinary employees and executive management business. The last part contains its own proposal recommended procedure of the recruitment process of candidates for the position of receptionist at DarkovSpa , Inc. The improvement proposal is based on the current situation resulting from the research and it is formed in order to improve the process from the current.
