Hodnocení veřejných zakázek a analýza konkrétního obecního projektu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is depict an aggregate review of public contracts with a view to their evaluation and the following application of identified facts on chosen public project. The term public contract which appears in the whole thesis is described at the beginning of the chapter two. In this chapter, there is also analysed the historical development of public contracts in the Czech Republic and after that the law n. 137/2006 Sb, about public contracts is decomposed in detail. According to this law, the contracting authority is characterised and afterwards the analysis and the deduction of requirements of the contracting authority is accomplished. The whole chapter three is devoted to the evaluation of public contracts. The chapter four is concentrated on the analysis of choice of applicants for public contracts in a community of Kobeřice. This contract is called: The Planting Extra Green Vegetation in the Community of Kobeřice. The facts receiving from chapters two and three are consequently applied on this public contract.
