Abstract

The current economic situation offers many business opportunities which have arisen as a result of the Great Depression that ran and still runs till now. Many market gaps have formed and this can be used by novice entrepreneurs. However, these have to know, how to establish a new company and how to develop it. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the establishment and development of a limited liability company, named MARON Ltd. In the theoretical part are described the basic concepts of business activity, definitions of businesses and forms of business - especially characteristic of a limited liability company. The practical part focuses on establishment of a specific limited liability company and a business plan related to its activities.
