Migrace nízkokvalifikovaných pracovníků v ČR

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to characterize low qualified foreign workers employed on the Czech labour market. The analysis of labor migration is viewed from many aspects. Namely it is economic activity of migrants, gender, source country of migration and education. The first part of the thesis deals with selected theory of migration and specification of main terms connected with migration. The second part consists of description of legislative terms of employment of foreigners which are divided into two groups: employment of foreigners from EU/EHP and Switzerland, employment of foreigners from the third countries. The third part is focused on Czech political migration and integration policies and their development. The last part included the analysis of development of low qualified immigrants labour force in the Czech Republic.
