Vyhodnocení průjezdnosti místních komunikací pro vozidla IZS

Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the traffic flow of Integrated Rescue System´s (hereinafter "IRS") vehicles on local roads in areas with high concentrations of population and dense housing. In the introductory part this thesis deals with current legislation relating to the availability of densely built-up areas for vehicles IRS. In particular, it is the passage of large vehicles Fire and Rescue service of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Fire Rescue"). It is then discussed in more detail the issue of getting vehicles on the IRS site and factors complicating the movement of rescue equipment when taking action in housing development. The closing part of the thesis describes in more detail selected residential area and specific conditions which are to be expected when crossing the site. Based on knowledge there are given some solution of specifis problems.
