Vliv cementárenského podniku na kvalitu ovzduší v okolí zdroje

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the principle of production of cement, production processes and techniques of cement production according to the BREF reference document entitled “Cement, Lime and Magnesium Oxide Manufacturing Industries” from 2010. In addition, it describes valid legislation related to cement production concerning protection of the atmosphere and the described assessed company. It also describes emission limits according to BAT for emissions of dust, carbon oxide and SO2.

The diploma thesis processes and describes how the cement plant influences its surroundings from the point of view of emissions and air pollutants. The thesis contains an emission analysis of the cement production and the air quality analysis in the surroundings of the cement plant. The data processed was collected in years 2010 – 2014. The evaluation of the data reveals that there is no relation between the measured emission and air pollutant load. All limits are met in accordance to the valid legislation.
