Polyfunkční dům v Orlové-Lutyni - Stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the technological processing of two variants of the roof deck and their assessment. The object is multifunctional building in Orlova - Lutyne. The main part deals with the technological process design of flat roofs and flat roofs vegetation, including schedules and itemized budgets for these two variants of the roof. Further thesis contains project documentation for the construction permit of the building and roofing options. In conclusion, these two types of solutions were compared in terms of time, finance and visual aspects.
