Zabezpečení mateřských škol s možností napojení na městský kamerový systém

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom inovativného technického zabezpečenia objektu materskej školy a rieši možnosť zvýšenia bezpečnosti materskej školy pomocou napojenia na navrhnutý rozšírený mestský kamerový systém. Pre tieto potreby som po dohode s Magistrátom mesta Frýdek – Místek zvolil materskú školu „Sluníčko“ v meste Frýdek – Místek. Prvá časť obsahuje právne predpisy, technické normy a základné teoretické pojmy z oblasti technickej ochrany. Druhá časť práce obsahuje štatistiky kriminality, zameriava sa na areál materskej školy a popisuje súčasné zabezpečenie tohto objektu. Posledná časť sa venuje analýze rizík, na základe ktorej výsledkov sa navrhujú varianty inovácií v zabezpečení, a následne výberu najvhodnejšej varianty a jej spracovaniu.

Master´s thesis deals with suggestion of inovative technical ensurance of preschool object and it solves possibility of increase preschool security with joining suggested extended city CCTV. For these needs I have chosen in agreement with the Municipality of Frýdek – Místek preschool ,,Sluníčko´´ in Frýdek – Místek . Part one contains legislation, technical standards and basic theoretical concepts of technical protection. Part two contains crime statistics, focuses on the area of preschool and describes current ensurance of this object. The last part is devote to analyzis of risk and on the basis of its results suggests innovation variants of ensuring, choosing the most suitable variant and its working-out.
