Zastavovací studie lokality „Nad Nemocnicí“ ve Šternberku

Abstract

The subject of the Diploma thesis is study of housing development in locality „Nad Nemocnicí“, situated in town of Šternberk. Thesis include theoretical basis of theme, knowledgie about the area is collected in the context of the town. The subject of Diploma thesis is designed in two variants. There is a model building plan of the individual family house, which is used in development. The solution include lead of utilities and traffic infrastructure in locality near of Nízký Jeseník. The study can be used as base for extended individual living in the suburbs of the City Šternberk.
