Analýza nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of unemployment in the Ústí region in the years 2012 to 2016. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are explained the theoretical concepts related to the labour market and unemployment, its types, causes and consequences. Part of the job is also paid to the characteristics of the region with a focus on relevant social problems, where we can include low educational achievement, crime or unruly citizens. In the practical part are analyzed the individual groups of the unemployed according to gender, age, education and length of registration in the register of candidates. At the same time made a brief analysis of the Usti region compared with other regions of the Czech republic as well as analysis within the individual districts of the region. In the last section are evaluated the most frequently used tools of the active employment policy.
