Abstract
The bachelor´s work attends to system of the employee care in company CIE Plasty CZ, s.r.o. and to finding his imperfections. Basis for the evaluation is questionnaire which was put to staff of this corporation. The result of this work are proposals and recommendations for innovation of actual system of the employee care.
