Abstract

This thesis is focused on the issue of lack of storage space in the selected company. The aim of the work is to analyse the structure of stocks, their variability and predictability. The practical part analyzes the current state of warehouse management in the block warehouse, which appears to be the most problematic. Based on the analysis of the existing capacity of the block warehouse and stock turonver, occasional overloading of warehouse capacities was identified. Proposals for a possible solution are presented in the thesis.
