Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to evaluate the technology of the variant design roof deck construction in terms of time and financial cost. On this thesis is compared a design of flat roof with inverse order of the layers with design of classical flat roof. This works is closely attached to the residential building project in Stara Bela, which they options are compared. Project documentation of residential building construction is part of the thesis according to current legislation and standards. Technology is engaged in building construction - technological project, which includes the implementation of the technological specification of roof strata of the two variants, the construction schedule, site facilities and mechanisms used.
