Zhodnocení pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců a aspekty, které se spokojeností souvisí. Je zde vymezen pojem spokojenost zaměstnanců a rozebrány faktory, které tuto spokojenost ovlivňují. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na personální řízení, motivaci a hodnocení pracovníků. V praktické části se věnujeme společnosti, ve které byl výzkum realizován a je zde obsažen samotný výzkum, vyhodnocení a interpretace získaných dat. Na konci praktické části jsou navržena doporučení, která mohou pomoci ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti.

The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on satisfaction of employee and related aspects. There is specify concept employee satisfaction and analyzed the factors that impact satisfaction. Futhermore, it is aimed at personnel management, motivation and evaluation of employees. The practical part is concentrated on the society where was the study performed. There is included the survey, evaluation and interpretation of the data. The end of this part contains recommendations that may help to increase employee satisfaction in the company.
