Osobní předpoklady studentů bezpečnostních oborů k řízení krizových situací

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou požadavků krizového manažera, kompetencemi, kterými jsou vybaveni, aby dokázali lépe zvládat svou práci. Teoretická část se zabývá schopnostmi, vlastnostmi a popisem jednotlivých kompetencí společně s jejich rizikovými faktory. Dále zde jsou uvedeny požadavky na krizového manažera dle Národní soustavy povolání. V praktické části byla provedena analýza polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky v krizovém řízení, analýza výsledků Diagnostiky kompetencí pro manažerské velení v mimořádných krizových situacích studentů Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství a navržena opatření pro rozvoj jednotlivých kompetencí u studentů s předpokladem jejich zlepšení v rámci Kariérního centra, workshopů, prezentací a praxe.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the requirements of a crisis manager, the competencies they are equipped with to be able to better manage their work. The theoretical part deals with the abilities, characteristics and description of each competence together with their risk factors. Furthermore, the requirements for a crisis manager according to the National Occupational Framework are presented. In the practical part, the analysis of semi-structured interviews with crisis management workers, the analysis of the results of the Diagnostic of competencies for managerial leadership in emergency crisis situations of the students of the Faculty of Safety Engineering and the design measures for the development of individual competencies in students with the assumption of their improvement within the Career center, workshops, presentations and internships.
