Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the Analysis of Remuneration and Motivation of Employees in a Selected Retail Chain and subsequently evaluate the data obtained from a questionnaire survey. The partial objectives are to describe the theoretical and methodological principles of remuneration and motivation and to propose suitable recommendations that will increase the satisfaction and motivation of the employees of the selected retail chain.
The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a detailed description of the issues surrounding employee rewards and motivation. The theory was elaborated by research. The practical part of the bachelor thesis consists of a characterization of the retail chain, analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire survey, evaluation of the data, and recommendations.
