Organizace a řízení společnosti Alcom Systems, s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem této práce bude představení společnosti v oblasti ISP a následně pak analýza dosavadních postupů řízení ve společnosti Alcom Systems, s.r.o. a navržení opatření k jejímu zlepšení. Autor zhodnotí strukturu společnosti jak z hlediska současných teorií managementu, tak také z hlediska praktických potřeb společnosti. Součástí práce bude analýza a zhodnocení vlivu a vazeb mezi výstupy marketingových činností a managementem společnosti spolu s návrhy na zlepšení organizace společnosti a jejího řízení.

The aim of this thesis is to present the company in the ISP area, and further on to give analysis of the current management practices in the company Alcom Systems, Ltd., also we would like to propose steps and measures for its improvement. The author evaluates the structure of the company, in terms of current theories of management, as well as in terms of practical needs of the company. The paper will analyze and assess the impact and relations between the outcomes of marketing activities and the management of the company, together with proposals to improve the company's organization and its management.
