Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on using Multi-criteria analyses in comparing effectivity of purpose car loan, investment loan and financial leasing. The selection is based on methods that evaluate multiple criterias . The bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. First chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is focused on the characteristic of active banking products and characteristic of multi-criteria assessment methods. Third and fourth chapters are practical, here is described a company profile and products which can be used for a company investment, a new car. To metioned criterias we calculate each weight based on preferences from decision-maker by using Saaty method. The fourth chapter is focused on evaluation mentioned loans options and to use process of Multi-criteria analyses. This chapter includes calculation all necessary steps which leads to result. For final comparison of variants profitability is used Weighted sum product method. The optimal product is the product of purpose car loan. The end of the chapter is focused on three sensitivity analysis, which tests stability of sequence weights for each criteria.
