Implementace systému talent managementu v hutní společnosti

Abstract

This work was focused on the talent management system in a Mettalurgical Company ArcelorMittal. Based on the analysis of provided materials, interview with HR specialist and interviews with talents was found current status talent program in company. Thanks to the identified information were submitted proposals and recommendations to streamline talent management in company. The first proposal was to reduce the number of talents and ensuring more intensive advancement. Thereafter it was recommended that the company specify courses by job function. Another proposal was to reduce the times of training. It was also suggested that the talents were given free extra and more were praised by their leaders. The last proposals were homeoffice and more teaching foreign languages.
