Abstract

This master thesis covers the topic of current economical situation of dance centrum Fiesta Dance Ostrava. The aim is to perform company´s complete economical evaluation and consequently, reflecting on research findings, suggest the improvement steps that would lead to Fiesta´s future development. The theoretical part is devoted to individual characteristics of economical areas, which are subsequently analyzed within the practical part of this thesis. In specific, the practical part focuses on detailed analysis of individual economical sectors. Fiesta’s competitive ability, marketing strategy, financial situation as well as factors influencing customers are being researched. For analysis of individual sectors, The Customer questionnaire and SWOT analysis tools were used.
