Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design and plans for building permission proceeding of low-energy family house. It solves key requirements for low energy houses and considers also usage of heat sources to reduce emissions. The project uses standard construction materials that are commonly available to facilitate construction. Result of this thesis is to provide all designs and plans that are needed for building permission proceedings together with card of construction energy demand according the law 406/2009 Coll. about energy management.
