Posouzení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on employee benefits. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the satisfaction of employees of the selected company with the current system of benefits. In order to achieve the objective, quantitative research is chosen, specifically a questionnaire survey. In the theoretical part, the meaning and characteristics of employee benefits are explained, then specific employee benefits are discussed. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire survey are presented and then evaluated. The output of this thesis are suggestions and recommendations resulting from the outcome of the questionnaire survey, which examined employees' views on employee benefits and their satisfaction with the current benefits system in the selected company.
