dc.description.abstract´Cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení optimálních smluvních typů pro konkrétní obchodní vztahy v cestovní kanceláři, analyzovat rizika, která mohou nastat a navrhnout jejich smluvní řešení v rámci vzorových smluv. V první části práce bylo využito analýzy daných smluv. Metoda pozorování byla využita v rámci praktické části práce. Vytvořené řešení poskytuje smluvní řešení zkoumaných rizik. Výsledky této práce umožňují využití v rámci vzorových smluv v oblasti cestovního ruchu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this thesis is to find the optimal contract types for a specific business relationships in the travel agency, analyze the risks that may arise and suggest their contractual solutions within the model contracts. In the first part was used analysis of those contracts. Observation method was used in the practical part of this theses. Generated Solutions provides a solution to our contractual risks. The results of this theses allow the use within the model contracts in the field of tourism.en
