Analýza metod vzdělávání zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current system of education and development of employees in the company Pars nova a.s., and to propose such measures that will increase the effectiveness of educational evens, with the help of a questionnaire survey. At the beginning, the company Pars nova a.s. is introduced followed by theoretical background of human resource management espesically education and development of employees. In the second part of the work, results of a questionnaire survey are represented. In connection to it an analysis of the current system of education is performed and further measures are proposed to improve the current situation, especially to meet the needs of employees in the field of education.
