The aim of the bachelor thesis is development and optimization of method for izolation and determination of estrogens from wastewater. Optimized method will include an effective and sufficiently efficient process of extraction and concentration of estrogens and mainly development of analytical method on the base of separation techniques,especially of liquid and gas chromatography with convenient detectors
