Abstract
The subject of the diploma’s thesis is the recovery of pecuniary payment in the selected organization, more precisely Havirov Town Council. The goal and the result of the thesis are to analyze pecuniary sanctions in the selected period, i.e. 2016 - 2019, and to evaluate the efficiency of tax execution with a possible solution.
