Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of production at Czech Republic Onamba s.r.o. This thesis analyzes the present system of the organizational structure of production units and includes here a completely mapped out material flow. The proposed measures have the effect of reducing the distance between devices and eliminating unnecessary operations resulting in decreased time to transport material in the course of time to produce the product. Finally, this thesis deals with the increase of efficiency of the manufacturing process and to reduce manufacturing space, therefore creating new, avaiable space. This space can be used for the manufacture of new products from new contracts.
