The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a project documentation for a family house with patisserie in Hnojník. The polyfunctional building is designed and situated in a way that it fills missing corner of the park and would support planned shop corridor which is supposed to increase the potential of the locality. The object is situated near family houses, kindergarten, park and railway. After analysis of the surroundings the design of the complex which consists of two parts was made. The main part of the complex consists of three floors. The shop is on the ground floor and two top floors are used by residents. The second part of the complex is storey building that is partially merged with the main building. In this part is the manufactury of the patisserie. The foundations for this documentation are urbanistic and architectural studies from Atelier creation I and documentation for the building permit from Atelier creation Va.
