Vliv teploty žíhání na smáčivost, mechanické vlastnosti a mikrostrukturu hliníkové fólie

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to investigate the effect of annealing temperature on the wettability, mechanical properties and microstructure of aluminium foils. The theoretical part was focused on the process of their production from continuously cast strips and on the alloys used for their production. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on their use in industry and the characterization of solid surfaces and the influence of the surface on the processing of aluminium foils. Then, in the practical part, annealing of Al foil samples, surface tension measurements using test liquids and inks, water-Al foil contact angle measurements, microstructural analysis of samples measuring roughness and testing of mechanical properties of Al foil were carried out. At the end of the paper, the measurement results were evaluated and discussed.
