Využitelnost mapování rizik pro potřeby Správy železnic

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematikou mapování rizik a využitelnost softwarových systémů pro potřeby státní organizace Správy železnic. Úvodní část práce se zabývá teoretickým vymezení v oblasti managementu rizik. Následující část přibližuje princip mapování rizik a projekt, jehož autory je kolektiv Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je popis železniční infrastruktury a věnuje se činnostem a struktuře státní organizace Správy železnic. Bakalářská práce obsahuje analýzu hrozeb využívaných v metodě mapování rizik a zároveň jsou součástí dokumentů SŽ s.o. sloužící pro analýzu rizik. Praktickou část tvoří návrh využitelnosti této metody pro potřeby již zmiňované státní organizace Správy železnic.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mapping the risks and the usability of software systems for the state organisation of Správa železnic. The introduction part of the thesis is theoretical and it handles the definitions of the area of risk management. The next part focuses on the principal of mapping risks and a project authored by the firefighters of the Moravskoslezský region. The last chapter of the theoretical portion of the thesis is the description of the railway infrastructure and also the activities of the structure of Správa železnic.The bachelor thesis includes the analysis of threats which is used in the method of mapping the risks and that are also a part of the documents of Správa železnic s.o. used for the analysis of risks. The practical part is made of a design of the usability of this method for the needs of the aforementioned state organisation Správa železnic
