Abstract

This gradiatuon thess deals with problems of employee motivation. The system of benefits is one of the most important human resoures acivities. In the theoretical part of this thesis.I deal with motivation, stimulation and motivation theories. In the third chapter is description of Tesco. . The fourth chapter is dedicated to questionary and its evaluation. The fifth chapter is dedicated to SWOT analysis which is fundamental part of this thesis. According to the analysis I established parts of employees motivation with problems which could be changed. In this thesis are improving suggestions and recommendations.
