Abstract
The work focuses on providing employee benefits in a particular enterprise. There is a basic abstract of legal adjustments, with reference to special cases, suggestion for their solution and examples. It includes reference to acts: Income Tax Act, Accounting Act, Social and Health Insurance Act, Labor Code. The aim is optimization in providing employee benefits in ATELIER SIMONA enterprise according to three criteria: based on up-to-date legal regulations, up to a given financial limit and in accordance with preferences of employees. The characteristic of the proposed benefits are: description of benefits, entitlement for benefits, conditions for providing benefits, tax incidence for employee and employer.
