Abstract

The thesis deals with the assessment of the level of employee engagement in the selected company. The theoretical part presents the theoretical background of employee engagement. In the subsequent practical part, the company itself, which is the subject of the research, is first introduced. This is followed by a questionnaire survey with verbal and graphical evaluation. Using theoretical knowledge, analysis of internal and publicly available company resources, the results of the questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview, specific suggestions and recommendations are formulated to increase the level of employee engagement in the company.
