Abstract

The diploma thesis is divided into the following thematic courses of study: the initiation of an insolvency act with the focus on its outcome, communication related to it and the influence of insolvency and insolvency acts on economic system. The first part deals with the effects of insolvency act initiation on the concerned parties while trying to outline the preceding conditions. It also contains brief suggestions as to how to deal with insolvency. The second part contains analysis of communication between the subjects of the insolvency act initiation. The influence of insolvency act on economic system with stress on money multiplication and macroeconomic foundation of insolvency act are dealt with in the third part. The conclusion contains summarization of information and remarks to the given topic. Part of this thesis is also statistics of events related to insolvency acts and effective jurisprudence in the field of insolvency acts from years 2010 and 2011.
