Motivace zaměstnanců na městském úřadě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees of municipal office in Bílovec. In the theoretical part the basic concepts of motivation and the process of motivation itself are clarified and some selected theories of motivation outlined. The practical part begins with description of municipal office in Bílovec, subsequently some main stimuli used in organization and conditions for attainment of the financial benefits are described. Employees’ satisfaction with the stimuli and the degree of importance of each stimulus were investigated using the questionnaire survey. Both strong and weak points in motivation in organization were discovered after analysing the questionnaires. Concerning the weak points, some ideas and suggestions for augmenting the employees’ satisfaction and their motivation level were proffered
