Abstract
• Bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of the economy of selected municipalities of the Moravian-Silesian Region, with a population of about one thousand, for the period 2011 - 2015, in selected areas of communal services. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of municipality and community service. In the practical part, the third chapters analyze the economics of the municipalities Hněvošice, Karlovice, Lichnov Pržno, Raduň, Skřipov, Střítež, Třanovice, Velké Albrechtice, Ženklava.
