Abstract

The main topic of the diploma thesis „Office Building in Brno“ is the processing of project documentation at the stage of construction realization. The basis of the diploma thesis was a study of the office building and subsequent elaboration within the course Project I. The project documentation is designed according to announcement No. 499/2006 Coll. and it consists of a drawing and a text part. The diploma thesis also includes thermotechnical report, energy performance certificate of the building prepared according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) and the static design of the part of staircase. The office building is designed as a free-standing building, which has six floors and is partially basement. The main structure is designed as a reinforced concrete skeletal system, based on foundation strips and feet. The rectangular building is covered with a single-skin flat roof.
