Abstract
This master thesis is focused on the analysis of efficiency of managing and organizational structure of division Personal agency in TEMPO Training & Consulting a.s. company. The aim of this thesis was to discover the problems of existing organizational division structure, find out the possible reasons for these problems and partly restructure or propose the corresponding alternatives of the organizational structure. The methods used to consider the efficiency of managing and organizational structure were the oral and written questioning of the employees, critical incident technique and document analysis. The suggestions that can help to take out existing problems were made in order to ensure the succes of whole organization.
